As stated in our February publication, the Perth Property Market and specifically the Southern Hills region is gaining momentum and is invariably in the midst of changing from what has been a buyers to a sellers market.

Here at RRE, we have seen unprecedented activity since January 1st (a time which traditionally represents one of our quieter times of the year).

Properties in the sub $500,000 bracket are selling on average in a 45 day period. Similarly, Buyer demand in the $500,000 - $900,000 category has been exceptionally strong for this time of year.

Exceptionally priced properties across ALL price sectors are being ‘snapped’ up by savvy real estate buyers who are monitoring the Perth market and see the signs that Western Australia is poised for a strong growth in 2018 in both number of transactions as well as price….
