With a strong focus on integrity, and superb organisation, Allira commitment to RRE is building strong relationships with clients and a strong focus on client satisfaction as well as providing a highly motivated approach to her role.
Personal Assistant to Sam Saffioti
Sarai started her real estate career in 1989 and joined Roleystone Real Estate in 1993, making her the longest serving member of our team.
After many years being an integral part of Roleystone Real Estate and confidently managing varying rolls within the office from Business Systems Manager and Asset Manager through to Personal Assistant to the Director of the Company, her exceptional people skills and extended knowledge of the local real estate market are firmly grounded. Her dedication and intimate knowledge of Roleystone are a great resource for our office, with many Roleystone properties having been either sold or managed during Sarai’s time.
Currently Sarai is Personal Assistant to Sam Saffioti, whilst being involved in some areas of marketing.
Along with her husband, she believes that Roleystone is the ideal environment to raise their two children and enjoys a healthy balance between work and family.

As fellow Director, Kirsten’s 10 years’ experience and passion for the Company has seen her efficiently carry out a variety of roles, including Property Management and Business Support and culminating in her being responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Accounts departments as well as assisting in promotional activities.
Working alongside Sarai Beard in all of these departments over the last 10 years has meant that together they have created an expansive knowledge of all areas.
Kirsten and Sam have three children that have been raised from very young age 'at the office' and being family orientated also means community orientated.
