Savvy buyers ‘swoop’ on exceptionally priced Perth Real Estate

Savvy buyers ‘swoop’ on exceptionally priced Perth Real Estate 01/05/2016

With Sydney median housing prices pushing the $1 million mark, and Melbourne breaking the $750,000 barrier.  Both local and Eastern seaboard buyers are taking full advantage of Perths very affordable $520,000 median property value.

Whilst this is demonstrated across the Perth Hills predominantly in the sub $700,000 price categories, astute buyers across all price categories and indeed the $1 million and above are snapping up properties which represent exceptional value.

The property depicted above, 8 Glebe Road Roleystone, priced at  $535,000, was no exception to this. Sharply priced, it was hotly contested by respective buyers and sold in 3 days.

Another property sharply priced was 40 Elizabeth Place Karragullen, priced at $1,250,000 and sold.

This again is evidence that irrespective of the current W.A mining situation, Perth Hills Real estate remains sought after and furthermore, astute buyers are fully aware that with Sydney and Melbourne prices out of the reach of most Australians, the WA Real Estate market will not stay at the current levels and without question will increase as we enter the second half of 2016.
