Industry analysts reports published in late 2014 predicting a slow down in Perth property sales in the first half of 2015, have been quickly dispelled.
As I reported in the November 2014 edition of the Property Guide, Real Estate property transactions have started in 2015 with an ‘almighty bang’! At the time of writing this article (January 2015) our firm had placed 7 properties Under Offer… That’s one SOLD EVERY 3 DAYS!!!
Considering that January is traditionally the slowest selling month of the calendar year… the indications clearly demonstrate 2015 being another strong and positive year for the industry with property sales showing no signs of slowing down and prices unlikely to fall, especially with the property sectors surrounding Perth’s median housing prices.
For Buyers contemplating purchasing in 2015, its imperative to note that of the 13,000 properties available for sale in the metropolitan area, approximately 7000 of those are apartments, leaving just over 6000 for properties for non–apartment buyers, which is well under the supply requirement.
