John’s first involvement in Real Estate began in 2002. He was drawn to the industry by his love and passion for property and challenge.
As a school teacher for 16 years John has developed outstanding inter personal skills and exceptional negotiation skills. John’s professionalism and dedication to whatever profession he chooses are reflected in two nominations as Teacher of the Year, and many Real Estate Industry Awards for each year of his real estate career.
John with his Personal Assistant Sarai Beard strongly believes in providing excellent service and they are better committed in achieving the best outcome for their clients.
Being a resident of Roleystone for 20 years has helped John develop a strong knowledge of the area and surrounding districts. He has a focus on integrity, a highly motivated approach and commitment to building strong relationships with clients.
When not selling real estate, John enjoys family time with his wife and three sons. Whether it be watching them play hockey or cricket, or a good old fashioned game of monopoly.

Sarai started her real estate career in 1989 and joined Roleystone Real Estate in 1993, making her the longest serving member of our team.
After many years being an integral part of Roleystone Real Estate and confidently managing varying rolls within the office from Business Systems Manager and Asset Manager through to Personal Assistant to the Director of the Company, her exceptional people skills and extended knowledge of the local real estate market are firmly grounded. Her dedication and intimate knowledge of Roleystone are a great resource for our office, with many Roleystone properties having been either sold or managed during Sarai’s time.
Currently Sarai is active as a Personal Assistant to our experienced Associates, whilst being involved in some areas of marketing.
Along with her husband, she believes that Roleystone is the ideal environment to raise their two children and enjoys a healthy balance between work and family.
